For the most part, yup. I usually help him pick out clothes- I'll give him a choice of a few shirts and then pick out the rest, but if he complains, I'll switch. He then gets out of his jammies and into the clean clothes himself. He takes himself to the potty. We're trying to get him to make his bed, though that totally requires us telling him.
After that, if it's a day he's home, he gets to help pick out his breakfast but we prepare it for him. I sometimes let him help pour his milk. At school they have the kids get their cup and napkin and then they serve themselves out of the communal bowls/trays.
If we're heading out, he can usually put on his coat and shoes. He's starting to get the hang of doing his own zipper too.
Lucy likes to get naked so that is a help when its time to get dressed. Not so much a help when she takes her clothes off 5 min before we need to leave though...
Allison likes to pick her clothes out (and JR's too). She can put her clothes on (and take them off and inopportune moments). She goes to the potty on her own but likes to go with me. I get breakfast on her plate but she carries it to the table. She does pretty good for a 2 year old!
