Yep, I think of a toddler as being 18 months - 36 months. Anything before 18 months is still a baby, to me. And around 36 months is when they can go to preschool, so that's when I "graduate" them from toddler to preschooler.

Gauge just turned 4 but I still consider him a toddler. He is tiny for one (size of a two year old) and he just started talking 10 months ago hes kind of at that toddler talking stage, learning how to make sounds properly and put sentences together.
