df and i are trying to get our 26 month old potty trained before alexander or chloe comes in october. (yes we already have the name planned - we've had it planned for a while now). savannah went on it the first time we got it when she was 12 months old and then for a few nights a week around bath time. but lately she is showing no interest in it whatsoever. is there anyone else that has had the same problem? thanks for your help in advance

Good luck.. I have found to potty train when the kid shows signs of being ready.. she also might revert back when the baby comes so she gets some 'attention'.

Use reward charts like for every 5 stickers in a row she gets such and such prize...


that way she can see the progress she is doing.. on weekends maybe put her in underwear not pull ups so she can feel the wetness (she probably won't like that feeling)
