Nail Clippers or Nail Scissors-Which are best for infant nails?

Calling all experienced moms! =) Which is easier to use on tiny infant nails? Clippers or scissors?

I would suggest you to use scissors. use it when the child is sleeping .If the baby is not sleeping then you will find it difficult to cut the nails. Remember don’t cut the nails too short .It may hurt the baby. They are in habit of putting their fingers in mouth so the nails should be small.

I always found it easier to use the baby clippers. My mom preferred the scissors. So it really is up to you, and what you find easiest for you and your baby. But as childtocherish mentioned, it is easiest to do while the baby is sleeping.

I have been using baby nail scissors and I make sure the baby is sleeping to avoid any difficulties.

I always used to prefer the nails scissors and that too only when my baby was fast asleep. It is somehow much more handy than clippers for those tiny nails I feel.
