Abby helps with the dishes too, she will had me plates when I unload it, she also pushes the button and closes it for me. When we do laundry she hands me the clothes to put in the washer. She helps pick her her blocks, even though she just dumps them out right away again! She also "helps" sweep (by this I mean once I sweep the kitchen and put it into a pile she gets the broom and spreads out my pile, lol.

The only thing he does that is truly helpful is picking up all his toys and putting them in his toybox.
Other things he 'thinks' are helpful...
Closing doors, drawers, cabinets -- whether you're done or not
Letting the dog in/out -- he does it whether she needs to go or not and sometimes he'll follow her out there, often without shoes on
Unloading the dishwasher -- sometimes it's helpful, other times the dishes are dirty and need to stay in there
Oh, outside he'll pick up lava rocks if he finds them in the grass and put them back where they go, so that's a good thing. He also likes to pretend to do things like sweeping, dusting, wiping the table, etc.
"helps" her brother make his bed
takes her plate to the kitchen after she's done eating
hands me clean nappies and other things when I'm changing the baby
picks her toys up and puts them in the corresponding basket
helps us load the washing machine
puts her dirty clothes in the hamper
The only chores she does without prompting are the first two. The rest she'll do if you ask her to.
Does your toddler like to help with chores? Which ones? She tried to mop the floor but I stopped her before she could take the mop out of the bucket because I didn't want her to spill the water. She sometimes try to sweep the floor
