Did you ever play them as a kid? What about now?

Do you think you'll let your toddler play video games when they're older, if they don't already?

Did you ever play them as a kid? What about now? we had an atari and nintindo growing up; DH has a PS2 that he plays every once in a while.

Do you think you'll let your toddler play video games when they're older, if they don't already? He'll be able to play them, but only for a restricted amount of time. He won't be one of those kids that sit in front of the TV all day playing them.

I "ruined" my 11 year old by letting him play video games, I hope to not do the same to Camden. But it's hard because DH and I played them. I think I will just make sure to balance it out with exercise.

Loved playing them as a kid, and i used to play them up until recently. Havent had the motivation to turn on our playstation.

And yeah i would let my toddler play video games, ones that are appropriate to her age.

We had the original Nintendo, we loved playing. DH play his PS2 from time to time.
We say we aren't gonna introduce him to the video games...but I'm sure he'll play with them. But we won't let him play for long amounts of time.

I played them occasionally as a kid.

I'm sure Connor will play them at some point, but we'd like to hold off as long as possible. And he'll definitely have limits.

Sure, to an extent. Limited time, as I still think outdoor play and sports is more important than tv and video games!

We didn't get any game systems until I was in 7th grade, so my brother was in high school....it was a Super Nintendo and I played it all the time! DH currently has a PS2 that seldom gets played....I have zero intention of letting the boys play any kind of video game for a very long time.

I used to play Atari and Nintendo

I will let Gracie play, but only for a limited amount. I would rather her play outside
