Brigitte, if you don't mind me asking...are you happy with your speech therapist? What are some things that she does that you appreciate? What are some things that she does not do that you wish she did? I'm always trying to build up a better rapport with my parents.
~Thank you GraysMama for my beautiful siggy~
I like the lady we are using right now. Joshua has an hour session with her each time we go. She plays games with him using pictures or toys. Before he is allowed to get a piece or its his turn he has to try and say the words properly. He has improved so much since he started seing her. Do you play games with the kids to and make it fun for them to learn. Joshua gets excited everytime its time to go see Melissa.
Which is good cause you can always better yourself that way. Joshua's speech went well the other day. Mellisa picked up a Thomas Track for the kids to use during the speech sessions of kids. Joshua was just in Heaven with that.
