Anyone else getting frustrated and feeling like the system is letting you down. I know I am not alone in this. Was told last year that he would get help through the public system and then in March we were told at the latest it would be June July for our assesment apointment. August is almost over and still nothing. Joshua is approaching the age that we can get these services soon and I feel like we have been let down. I guess I am lucky we have benefits through dh's work and have been able to get started the private route. The sad thing is we are only covered up to a certain amount. Going to try and call them again tomorrow.

It's pretty sad though that the system that is suppost to and is designed to help the kids is not always there for them.
