I ewto this side of JM but my dd was diagnosed with bilateral cataracts and ystagmus. SHe had surgery Monday and Friday and ow has contacts.

I was wondering how her surgery went. I read about it on the host board. How soon will you know that at all went well.

Hi girls. Sorry was MIA for the weekend. Went down to my moms for the weekend to celebrate the dutch traditional Saint Nicholas Day. Hope everyone is doing well.

sorry haven't been over here in a bit! And whats with my last post, half my letters are missing, I hate cordless keyboards! lol

Anyways, she is doing really well and we are doing pretty, getting used to the contacts. The doctor said she can probably see about arms length now. Which is up from nothing before the surgeries. Right after she was seeing about 15 inches!
We will not know what her vision will be like for years to come. But we pray it will be "normal"
