Hello! I'm adrienne (adi). I'm mom to two boys, Marcus who is 4 and Jamesen who is almost 3. Both are special needs. Marcus was diagnosed with a severe communication disorder. He was born with a severe tongue tie and it shut his communication down completely. We recently had his tongue tie snipped and he's been put into a few things to help and his speech is catching up a bit. He's really really behind though so even though he's catching up, he's no where close to where he should be compared to his peers.
Jamesen has Autism. he was only recently tested and he's not received his official diagnosis yet (we go back to discuss on the 9th) but the lady testing him was talking to me like he had it, so I'm assuming he does. He'll be 3 in July.
