I got dh up and told him he needs to take Jay to the DR. The cough was getting worse and just looking at him you could tell he was miserable. He really will not eat and has been wimpering and wanting to just lay around. I thought maybe he had Bronchitis. Dh comes home with predisone and antibiotics. I said does he have bronchitis. He says no. I said does he have a ear infection. He said no. I said what are the antibiotics for then. He did not know. So I called the drs office. I asked about if I can use a full vial of medicine for the nebulizer for Jay. Then I asked what is he on antibiotics for. She looked it up and he has pneumonia I was surprised. Poor thing. I had dh get a mask for the nebulizer because it works better. Jay was pissed with that on his face but I had to do it. He eventually calmed down. I put him down for a nap not even a hour ago and he has not coughed since.

Poor Jay

Jacob is on the nebulizer too. He had a cold over the weekend, started coughing Monday morning and by noon or 1pm, he was coughing so hard, wheezing with the crackly sound, and he was breathing so hard and fast that we took him in. One nebulizer treatment later, he was more like his normal self with hardly a cough. Dr. said he had RSV Since that was Monday, he's much better now and only having a couple of treatments a day.

Hope Jay is feeling better soon!!!

I'm shocked that your husband didn't listen to the doctor? He should have caught on to pneumonia? Men! I'm so sorry he's sick. I sure hope he feels tons better soon. Hugs!
