After much concideration I have decided to step down from hosting this board. I just feel like I no longer have the time to give it the attention it deserves. Between the new job (last week alone I work almost 55 hours) and the older kids being out of school for the summer, I am one busy lady. I will still be around and hopefully once things settle down I have another opportunity to host but for now I think its for the best I step down. I encourage all of you to apply to host and hopefully with some fresh new prespectives we can once again get this board as active as it once was.

I'm so sorry to hear this Linda, but you're doing the right thing for you and I don't know how you've continued for so long with all that you're doing IRL!

This is a bit of a tough board, I thought about stepping back up to cover the gap once I've finished work, but I stepped down because I'd literally run out of topic inspirations and that's what's hard. I agree, a new perspective is needed here and I'm excited to see who applies.

In the meantime I will be around the board more after July 24th (apart from when I'm in hospital having this baby).
