What do y'all do when your children get sick? Alice was home today from school because she was vomiting. It's so sad to see her like that because she can't tell me she feels sick. She will go around our house laying in different spots in different positions trying to feel better. She seemed to be perfectly fine by 9 AM this morning, but I still tried to get her to rest or drink juice...all that good stuff. She was too busy getting into everything, though! lol

It usually manifests first with Daniel as naughtiness and crankiness. He can't explain that he feels ill or where it hurts or feels funny, either. Our first indication is usually a temp, lying his head down a lot, vomiting or diarrhoea. It's such a shame when he is sick. We just try to give him lots of cuddles and reassurance, and keep him drinking juice.

Ryan moans a lot and then gets cranky. He fights when it is time to take any meds or even touch his face, so that is fun.

My son seems to be spacey when he starts to get sick. His cheeks start to turn red and his asthma always flares up.
