Calm-down time!

1. How do you get yourself calm after a stressful day?

2. How do you get/keep your children calm at the end of the day?

3. How often do you get to have a relaxing bath or a pamper day?

1. How do you get yourself calm after a stressful day? Scrapbooking or a bath

2. How do you get/keep your children calm at the end of the day? Nice wish! But they aren't too bad.

3. How often do you get to have a relaxing bath or a pamper day? I try to take me time everyday. AKA nap time or after the kiddos are in bed.

1. How do you get yourself calm after a stressful day? watch tv, read in bed alone, play on tablet

2. How do you get/keep your children calm at the end of the day? medication (seriously), my son takes a bath and reads in bed for awhile also, or he cuddles with me and watches tv.

3. How often do you get to have a relaxing bath or a pamper day?a few times a week (for the bath, not a pamper day, now while I am EBFing)

1. How do you get yourself calm after a stressful day? Usually getting on the computer, reading or watching a movie

2. How do you get/keep your children calm at the end of the day? We usually do quiet activities in the afternoon, like reading or coloring, etc. Also I find that a nice warm bath works wonders.

3. How often do you get to have a relaxing bath or a pamper day?
Not very often at all, but I do take some time everday to relax, usually while my older kiddo's are in school and my youngest is taking a nap, or when they are all in bed at night.
