That was actually a pretty good article. I didn't feel it leaned one way or the other.

This bothers me

With all the drugs, machines and care we have today, children who might possibly get one of the diseases cannot be treated and saved? Is our medical establishment no better these days? Come on!

I totally agree. Do we not have enough medical knowledge to save a child who gets sick. We must have learned something in the last 100+ yrs to save a childs life.
