I am running out of quick lunch ideas for my boys....what types of things do you give your child (not fruit/veggie--we are good there)? We seem stuck--PB sandwiches, deli meat, chicken nuggets

We are not big bread or meat eaters, but one thing that I have found that Brooklyn would eat every day is pasta with a little bit of butter & parmesan cheese sprinked on top. I often make her a "variety platter" for lunch with a selection of things I know she likes: cheese, yogurt, whatever fruits & veggies we have, olives, pickles, chick peas, etc.

And by the way (O/T)---Emersyn is beautiful!!
