My baby sitter takes Breana to preschool. But either way someone would have to take her and pick her up as there is no bus.

She rides the bus. Her preschool is through the MR/DD so it's for whole county. If you live in the same county there are restrictions on if they can ride the bus or not. Kayley qualifies for bus so she rides.
I'd hate to have to drive her. She's only in school for 2 1/2 hours so that'd be horrible to have to drive her, come home & find something to do but not get too involved cause have to leave in 2 hrs to pick her back up.
Here's an additional question... If you ladies had the option of busing, would you?

Dakota takes the bus! It will be handy in the mornings, I can drop her off and then head to placement. Gauge's babysitter will be taking him to preschool while I am at work.

Totally off topic, but I would LOVE to visit Africa and see all the animals out in the wild. My favorite John Wayne movie is Hatari!

My dd is not in public school, so there is no bus. I drive her.
If there was a bus I would probably let her ride it. My friend has a special needs child who is also three and goes to public school. She rides the bus and has had no issues...they have a special bus that is only for preschool and has belts for the children. If they were just mixing them with the fifth graders then I would say no.

We live within 2 minute walking distance from the school so on the days that I'm working from home I take her to school. On the other days my oldest walks her and her brother to and from school. It works really great and the teachers know them all and the arrangement. I love being so close to the school. Plus our next door neighbour's DS is also the same age, although not in the same class, but sometimes they walk together.

There are no school busses in Holland, and it's a small country with a lot of primary schools. all classmates of my daughter's live within 15 minutes walking distance. Most bring their kids to school by bike. We live on a 5 minute walk, so we walk usually

Frederick attends a private school, where they can go from preschool-8th grade. They don't have the option of busing and I wouldn't feel comfortable with him on the bus at this point in time.

I drive my daughter to preschool since she's in a church based school...but once she hit's KG, I may just drive her from there on...one girl commented about how unsafe it is now and she is so right. Seems like nowadays schools are being hit with a lot of violence and it scares me. Even on the bus, there have been things happening to kids as young as KG age...

I take him to school. We have the option of transportation, but it's for families who really need it and we have a car. I don't let my 1st grader get on the bus so I most likely won't let Anthony on the bus either We'll see how things go as they get older.

We take him to school. No transportation option. But even if there was an option, we would still take him.

New to the group- I let him ride the bus (the school is literally 5 minutes away) We used to drive him, but he wanted to ride the bus, and has done great since he started! he loves it!

I walk to school with her (it takes about 15 minutes) because my OH takes the car to work with him and he has to leave for work earlier than we need to get up for school.
Her school doesn't have a schoolbus so walking is our only option

There isnt a bus here so I take him, its oly two streets away though so we walk. Even if there was a bus, we would walk, it only takes 5 minutes.
