Yesterday was an easy dinner, I had had a busy day. Pea soup (google : Erwtensoep, it's the most dutch thing you'll find!!!) and some garlic bread and butter, and a nice pudding for dessert!

I don't know how to translate most things into English, also because the dutch sometimes have very typical dinners. So for those who are interested I"ll just put the word in dutch and then Google can give you some hint on what it is lol, the pictures are quite clear!

Tonight we had "Andijvie stamppot' (another thing for google ) , also very duthc. I don't like it much (neither do the girls), but it's DH's favourite!

I'm a very picky eater and am very glad I'm not dutch. LOL It's cool to see the recipes and stuff but I will never fix those two.

I'm avery picky eater too! I prefer not typical Dutch food, but DH loves nothing more than those things lol, so I cna't help but cook it sometimes . This andijvie is the best of the lot, though. You should look up : Zuurkool, and "Boerenkool". These are much more gross. Today we had something more universal that you will know too: Macaroni

hahaha!! And have you??
I almost don't dare say what we had tonight lol it's so unhealthy: French fries. But it had been a busy day and the girls were whining for it, and I didn't feel like cooking. So I figured it was okay to 'sin' once lol!

Last night was very simple since I had spent all day babysitting. We ordered pizza, lol. Then, I made cinnamon rolls for dessert. My daughter doesn't like cinnamon rolls so those were for mommy and daddy.

Last night we had chicken, biscuits, and potatoes. Today I'm thinking chicken and rice.
