The kids start cleaning their rooms up, getting dressed for bed, brushing teeth, etc between 7 - 7:30. DH reads to Kayley when she's all ready for bed and when he's finished, Sean (and Mike when he's here) will read to himself (themselves) until DH is done with Kayley and ready to read to him (them).

Bedtime routine has always been DH's thing from when he was in school & working. Bedtime was the only time he could really have one on one with the boys. He left school about 5 or 6 years ago but routine has stuck.

Kayley's bedtime is 8:00 usually. On the weekend I let her stay up until like 8:30 or so. We always read at night too!
