Kyla has one little girl, Hannah in her class who she seeks out more. they are always together playing. it is too cute!
i would say she is the closest thing to a best friend.

My kids aren't in preschool anymore, but they both had a best friend at that age.

My son is in love with his grandpa- maybe it sounds weird but I'd definitely say he is his best friend. They've always had a special bond. They are real buddies! He is very friendly with everyone and has no trouble making friends but he get's frustrated with children his age. He definitely migrates to children older than himself when he's seeking a playmate.
