I'm new here, both to Justmommies and this board. This may have been discussed before. I'm wondering what games you might play with your 3 year old. My DD is 3.5 and pretty smart. We play Minnie Mouse bingo and she likes that. She does like simple memory games. We got Chutes & Ladders and she'll play, but wants to do the chutes freestyle instead of the structured game
What do you play with your preschoolers? I'm trying to get some new fun evening activities when she's tired from preschool, I'm tired from work and I don't want to just watch tv.
My son is 3 and he loves Connect 4, Dominoes, the Matching Game, and sometimes we play Scrabble, but instead of playing it like you are supposed to, I just give him easy letter tiles that I know he will be able to make simple words with, and ask him to try to make easy words, like, CAR, HOT, SIT, etc... I help him sound out the letters to make the words. We just place them randomly on the board.
