to disguise them as something else? Right now we have him eat stage 2 baby food. (Carrots and Squash mostly b/c he doesn't like anything green) He will eat just about any kind of fruit tho. Any suggestions to get him to eat his veggies? Thanks in advance.

you can try Ranch dressing or cheese on them ... Or last resort you can grate them up and put them in other things.

For a little while Crista wouldn't eat her veggies either. So I did this: When you boil the veggies add some butter and basil to the water. Its incredible how much flavor it puts into the veggies. Crista LOVED it and now I have no trouble getting her to eat veggies, even when I dont use the basil.

Is there a reason you are giving him baby food and not real veggies? Or is that the only thing he's eat? You can try shredding up veggies like carrots or zuccini into pasta sauce or mac & chesse.
