Do you cut your preschoolers hair yourself or do you take them somewhere to have it cut?

I do it myself every other week or so. We keep his hair very short so it's easy to use the clippers on, no need to pay for someone else to do it.

I take him somewhere....I can't cut hair for the life of me. I tried to trim the front of Jordon's hair when he was younger & he moved....needless to say it turned out goofy...dh won't let me near the boys with scissors now

I take her somewhere, but I just started doing so last year. She never had a real haircut until she was 4, I just trimmed her bangs as a baby and then let them grow out.
Now she gets long layers too so I leave that up to the proffesionals!!

She loves going to the hairdressers, we go together and get our trims at the same time.

I trim her bangs, but for some reason with the back she moves too much and it goes lop-sided so I've been taking her to Snip-it's (A kid's hair cuttery) and they do an awesome job with it.
