Can anyone's preschooler do this? Can he/she snap their fingers?

Kaylee was trying and trying and couldn't seem to get the idea down.

Jordon can very faintly...he gets so excited if the slightest noise comes from it! Not very often though...he's been working on it...he's trying to get it!
