What back-to-school item did you just have to have, only later to find out it wasn't as useful as you thought?

What back-to-school item did you just have to have, only later to find out it wasn't as useful as you thought? big fat notebooks with pockets, i never took enough notes to actually use that much paper!!!

When you were a kid, do you do back-to-school shopping? YEP. every yr in august. clothes and supplies.

What was your favorite and least favorite part of going back to school? that it fell on my birthday alot, since my bday is the 19th, alot of years that would fall as the first day of school!

When you were a kid, do you do back-to-school shopping?Every year. I loved it! When we got home I'd open everything I just bought and organize it several times. I had to resist doing it for Lily this year. She didn't need school supplies so luckily I didn't have to much to resist. Next year may be tough though lol

What was your favorite and least favorite part of going back to school?Favorite thing was probably the school shopping lol and least was math class and mean kids! that and having to get out of the pool. Grew up in AZ so all summer I was in the pool 24/7.
