I've been soo careful NOT to get sick. Even at work I've been careful not to get sick (and everyones been careful around me)

So, I wake up this morning coughing, sneezing, runny nose, congested and with a headache. The only place I can blame is the hospital, where my high risk clinic is located.

...anyone know what's good to take for those symptoms? I'm afraid to call any docs because I don't know how I'll get out to see them tomorrow.

I am sorry you arent feeling well. As for right now, I would do a sinus rinse, tylenol and hydrate yourself well. Also prop yourself up when you sleep and some vicks vapor rub helps too.

I too have tried not to get sick but it has caught me. I have been taking Tylenol and drinking hot lemon juice and cough drops for my throat. I have to blame my job and the ER no matter how much i've tried to clean and sanitize and not hold the kids hands something has gotten through. HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER!!

The tylenol and vaporub helped me sleep, thanks! I'll try the lemon juice today.

I'm sorry you're feeling sick! It's miserable when you're pregnant and can't use all of those wonderful medications that help you sleep and feel better. I second what the PP's said but also watch yourself for a fever.

I have had those symptoms for the past two weeks. It sucks. I thought it was just allergies. If I take my allergy medicine it goes away. Hope you feel better soon!
