Have you finished wrapping gifts yet? or started?
Do you use special types of wrapping paper? (match the tree/decorations, specific one for each person, etc?)
Do you use bows, ribbon, or other embelishments?

No...no...no...yes!

I just kind of realized tonight how close it`s getting.
I have a bad habit of thinking I'm done really early, then panicking and realizing I've forgotten things...then having way over bought in the end.

I'm thinking if I get wrapping tomorrow then I can figure out what last minute things I need. Of course my knitting is also not finished and is really stressing me out now. At the very least I need to finish the blankets my two nieces specially requested and chose yarn for months ago. Ack...now I'm all stressed out...thanks Erin!

I just did most of my wrapping today at a friend's. Everything is done except the stuff that DH just ordered.

I use special wrapping paper... I pick out new ones every year. I try to match my tree colors. I use bows and ribbon on my presents and in the past I go all-out... but this year I just did a little bit of ribbon, I wasn't in the mood to do more (Plus i was on a tighter timeline!)

I haven't started wrapping gifts yet, I keep telling myself to get on it, but Xander's presents are put up in an awkward spot. I'll end up wrapping them at the last minute because im lazy!

I'm using Cars themed wrapping paper for Xander's toys, and other, Christmas-y styles for other people. I think i may have gone overboard on the cars theme with him! as for bows and whatnot, I just like to get those stick on ones and them put a tag on it. Simple and it works! I love the look of ribbon wrapped presents, i just can never really make it right!

Ha...haven't even started yet! I'll probably be up all night Christmas Eve doing it!

I used to get all fancy with my wrapping, but now, with 3 kids, I just want to get it WRAPPED! I'm lucky if a stick on bow makes it on there! On gifts for anyone other than my family, I do a "real bow" and all. And I always do nice wrapping for DH's family because I don't want to be judged!!

Some years I go for coordinating my wrapping with the tree, others not. Depends on my mood and how exhausted I am. Same goes for doing a different wrapping paper for each kid. I usually start doing that and then run out of one of the papers and then that plan goes out the window!

Haven't really started yet, and I never really do a theme. It's whatever bag, box, wrapping paper I have handy. DH & MIL are much better wrappers then me, so I usually sweet talk them into doing it for me. I know, I'm VERY spoiled...

I'm done wrapping. I wrap as soon as I get the gifts. Usually I go all nuts with wrapping but we are broke so I just used left over red and gold foil paper that matches our tree.

My most creative year I used brown packaging paper and twine with mistletoe and cinnamon sticks tied to the gifts. It was really pretty but took a long time to make.

Have you finished wrapping gifts yet? or started? I'm finished with the stuff we have, but we still have a few extra's to pick up this week. I did it all yesterday since the older two were out of the house!

Do you use special types of wrapping paper? (match the tree/decorations, specific one for each person, etc?) Yeah, no. I wanted to do different paper for each kid, but as Betsy pointed out... I ran out too early. I have a ton of paper left over from previous years, so I didn't bother buying anything new this year. It's all a mish mash!

Do you use bows, ribbon, or other embelishments? I had lots of paper but no ribbon or bows. I need to buy some. I just do the cheapie ribbon and stick on bows. I need one of those bow-dabra's or whatever from Joanne's!! Then I will have fancy packages... but I don't think anyone will care besides me!

This year it's just one kind of wrapping paper, left over from last year. I used to do bows and cute stuff, but I'm not really caring so much right now. I've only got one more gift to wrap--for our secret santa exchange with DH's family. I might make that one a little prettier since it won't be destroyed by a toddler.

No wrapping done yet, but then its just presents for Vaughn, so no biggie. Josh and I arent' exchanging gifts this year...we got a house

But when I do wrap Xmas stuff, its whatever paper is left over from the year before, plus bows and fancy tags. I used to do real bows and curls and the "+" criss-cross with string on presents, but haven't done that in a long time!
