I need to get back to some sort of regular life here.
In order to do that I should probably buy some groceries tomorrow.
For tonight it's some honey garlic sausages I found in the freezer cooked in tomato sauce served with some mashed potatoes and frozen stir fry veggies.
Making a list though...what's cooking at your house.

But I forgot it calls for teriyaki sauce and not soy sauce. I have GF soy sauce but they don't make a GF teriyaki sauce. It's sooooooo good though! I've made it a few times before I went GF.
If I don't make that then it will be roasted chicken with olive oil, S&P, garlic, and rosemary with potoatoes and broccoli.
well I was at the gym so it sounds like Juliet had cereal and yogurt (she picked it out herself), DH made a quesadilla, and after Juliet went to bed I just ate a couple frozen taquitos.

Those look great! I am totally going to try that with reduced fat cheese and fat free sour cream and sans peppers. It is very rare that I find a southwest dish that doesnt have a bunch of stuff in it that I dont like. It might even be good with some corn in it as well...maybe even a bit of salsa. And I like the idea of using the grill to get them crispy!
