I found an article on it. This same mom was in the heated debate boards a while back for letting her 9-yr-old ride the NYC subway on a Sunday during the middle of the day alone. Free range kids! Take the bubble wrap off your kids!

Yes, she's the interventionist, for lack of a better word, on the show. It's interesting. Her philosophies are about preparing your child for situations that are more likely to be dangerous rather than trying to protect them from everything that could be dangerous. I am such a worrier, but agree with most of what she's had to say on the little bit of the show I've seen so far.

After I saw the initial responses...I think it might be a Canadian show even though I'm pretty sure the last one I saw a bit of was in NY.
