What's for dinner at your place this fine Sunday evening?
I'm also looking for veggie inspiration so hit me with your tastiest veggie dishes.

I'm making baked porkchops after being inspired by a tweet for this recipe. It turned out being fairly loosely based on it due to our variances of what's on hand. With it I'm making some basmati rice and then I roasted some frozen veggies. It's a green and yellow bean, and carrot mix which I'm just tired of.

tonight was crockpot mac and cheese with some homemade chicken nuggets. Veggie was boring, just plain steamed green beans.

Its monday here, but tonight we are having home made pizza's I think.
Last night was lasagne.
