Was it for this PR (DDC) specifically? For support or a specific question or...?

I was pregnant before I had Violet and started spotting so I was searching like a madman to figure out what it was. I did have a miscarriage at 9 weeks but by then I was a regular lurker on some of the boards so it was easy for me to join! It was a short time between the MC and getting pregnant again so I asked a lot of questions on the "Am I pregnant?" board. Hehe. They all said NO because it was so soon. I sure showed them

I was searching for something, can't remember what now (probably something to do with having a c/s) and found this site. Then I noticed the discussion boards and saw that they were more active than the other group I was on and joined.

I was thinking about getting pregnant again, after the twins and was doing research. It took a year to get pregnant with them and I didn't have RA when I TTC with them, so that was new. Somehow I came across JM and thought it was a great resource. I knew NOTHING about message boards or online communities and had never even made a post on one before.

When I found out I had PCOS, I started posting on the TTC with PCOS board and that's really when I started getting involved. I never formally introduced myself, I just jumped in there! I had no clue on message board "etiquette"!

Then when I did get pregnant with Mason, I started lurking for a bit on our DDC. Quickly I became a regular lurker and figured I'd just introduce myself. I never did previously because I was so nervous about sharing my identity online. I had heard too many freaky stories! I'm glad that I did put myself out there though, because I met you fabulous girls!

I had a job where I had nothing to do and after I got pregnant I started looking at pregnancy things on the internet at work and after a few months I figured I should stop just reading and start posting. I was strangely nervous to start actually posting.

I don't remember how I found it... I just know I found the NTNP boards and posted there a bit, when I stopped taking the pill and decided to see what happened... and a couple weeks later I was pregnant!

I had been visiting the Pregnant After Loss Board, as soon as I found out I was pregnant with Addison. After having multiple losses, I needed the support and soon after I found the DDC and never left!

We had just got married and were TTC on our honeymoon. I was searching all things "possible pregnancy" and found the TTC and AIP boards. After I got a BFN that cycle I started temp'ing and became active mostly on TTC. I got my BFP that cycle and joined here!

This is very similar to how I joined. I had a chemical pregnancy and was lurking a lot on the "Am I pregnant?" board (before I knew that it wasn't a viable pregnancy.) Six months later when I was in the 2ww with Eliza I started lurking again, and made a few posts. I made my way over to our DDC pretty much as soon as I knew I was pregnant!

I'd never been on any message boards before, really, but I was already pretty into social networking so it didn't seem that strange to me. So glad I found you guys!

I was a little freaked out about my SLE during a past pregnancy and google brought me to JM. Then I found my DDC and slowly slipped into it. When I lost that pregnancy I couldn't really find the right place to fit in on here. A lot of people had had really late losses on the loss board and I felt weird about my loss at 8 weeks, like it wasn't worth discussing in light of what those women were dealing with. Anyway, when this pregnancy came along I was glad to find all of you here waiting for us.

I too was googling pregnancy stuff and came across JM I Joined my DS#1 DDC and had him the previous month so I wasn't sure if I should stay in the DDC I had been in or move to the one before so I just stopped posting. I joined DS#2 DDC when I found out I was preggo and the same thing happened so again I stopped posting since I wasn't sure where I fit in. With Elijah I was due in the middle of the month and decided that I would be more active and stay in that DDC/PR no matter when I had him and here I am today.
