What a powerful story. My heart is with her family. I can't even imagine the goodbye with her little children.

I don't follow, but I heard about her passing from some blogging friends. So sad. Ever since having children I get so incredibly choked up thinking about kids losing a parent or a parent losing a kid.

I haven't heard of her, but how sad!!! Having lost my mom too early, that is probably my biggest fear...something happening to me and leaving my kids without a mom.

Ah that is heart breaking. I used to read a blog written by a woman whose husband had terminal pancreatic cancer. Their kids were just 1, the same age as DD at the time. I was so affected by that blog, and I think I cried buckets when her hubby passed.

As a parent with little children, I don't know how you face a situation like that. My heart goes out to them.
