I don't know what to do with this kid.

She used to pee on the potty (early), and as soon as I spoke about her pooping on the potty, we stalled totally...

now she has a new thing. She plays in her poop. EVERYTIME--if I don't realize when she's going and then stand with her and take her immediately to the room to change her when she's done (and forget setting her on the potty to finish; tried that. It got me nothing but screaming and crying). She has done it TWICE just today! I swear to goodness if she does it again, I'll lose it. I pretty much lost it with the second time. She spread it on the baby's exercauser! WTH is wrong with her?

Please help me! I don't know what to do to make her stop it! I don't mind the diapers so much, but I very much mind her spreading ###### and germs all over the house by playing in it!

oh no, I am so sorry, that must be rough. I am not sure what to do to make her stop. I would sugest trying to stay super calm (even though I am sure that is tough) but stay calm and give her little to no attention for it. Maybe thats why she does it, the whole kids will do things for attention even negative. Of course I am not saying that you don't give her attention or anything, just a guess.

Yeah; she gets LOTS of attention. She's our heart baby. She's (admittedly) very coddled.

I just don't understand why!

I am having the same issue with my DD who turns two next month...and I haven't even started potty training (officially) yet...I have started putting a onsie on under EVERYTHING to help keep her out of it, I don't know if your DD can get a onsie off or not but it's worth a shot, right?
