I don't really see this talked about much here. Maybe I am missing it? I am considering do this (Elimination Communication) with my next baby, but not sure.
If you have done EC, do you have any tips, comments, stories? Glad you did it, not glad?
I know to many EC sounds crazy (I thought so when I first heard it), but the idea kinda grows on you as you read about it and realize that this was probably the way potty training was done for all the centuries before this one. Just kinda fascinating to me.
I've read a lot about this when researching for potty training my son Jarom. It got me really interested and I have been seriously considering it for my little man on the way. I think if I do choose to go this route though I will start when he has some decent head/neck control. I don't know anyone who has done this though... Someone in my current DDC has somewhat done it and says it was a great experience. I would probably not be super hardcore about it but a bit more, when I am home and somewhat laid back though... Who knows! I like that it is pretty flexible based on your preferences and lifestyle.
