If there is an accident it's usually an "Oops! or Oh no! We peed our pants! Pee goes in the potty remember? or Next time we will make it to the potty!" (depending on the situation) Then we take him to the potty to sit on it to make sure there is nothing left and put some new pants on him. We try not to make it too much of a big deal but to give him a reminder of what to do next time

We basically do the same as above. We take all poops together to put into the potty as well.

How about you?

I don't make a big deal. I'll usually say something like, "It's okay, sweetie. You'll make it next time." And she does.
