DD is doing fabulous with going potty. But...she consistently wakes at night saying she needs to go to the potty (occasionally she'll say she just went potty). Her diaper is usually already wet from going earlier in her sleep.
She will go when I put her on the potty...but she wants (insists!) the tv on (which usually makes her not want to go back to her room), then after she goes potty she wants to nurse. After that, I can usually bribe her with reading a book in her crib so I can go back to bed.
She recently had a UTI, and she woke many times at night until the antibiotics kicked in.
Any hope that she may go from doing this nightly to maybe just occasionally?
I should be happy that she tells me when she needs to go! LOL!

Eventually as she gets more control, nights will be easier. My daughter was night and day trained over 2 months ago, then she spent a few days at her dads and that was all gone, she was having accidents during the day and she would pee the bed at night. It's getting better with her peeing the bed. When she pees the bed the amount of pee is getting less and less. I'm hoping if I start letting her wear panties to bed again that she'll start to realize she can't pee without getting wet and having to lay in it til she wakes me up to let me know that she peed the bed.
