Ripley is 19 months. She sits on her potty clothed and says "sssssss" and talks about potty and tells us sometimes if she has dirty diapers and is interested in taking off and attempting to put on her diaper. We are only together from after about 3:30 pm weekdays and on weekends since I work full time. When do we start working harder on potty training and what is the next logical step?
