Everytime I go to the Dr I feel really anxious. Today at my 34 weeks check up everything was going fine until I got to the Dr. Immediately, I felt lightheaded and dizzy and I started sweating. I was extremely anxious and I just wanted the appointment to be over. I felt sick waiting in the waiting room so I had to my husband get me an ice pack. I don't know why but I feel hot and dizzy every time-this time was definitely the worse. I talked to the Dr. about it and she said its probably just anxiety.
Anyone else get like this? Any suggestions or tips about what I can do to naturally cure my anxiety?
I try telling myself every time that everything is going to be OK and I have nothing to worry about-in fact worrying makes it worse and to be honest...I don't even know what I'm worried about!
