How much water are you drinking during the day? Is it enough?

It depends on how I am feeling. When I dont feel good, I cant really stomach water. So I drink coke (which is not good but it makes me feel better).

I need to start drinking more water again. Pre-baby I was at like 80-100 ounces a day.

Drinking water is so important, especially in the warm summer months. Dehydration can actually cause some contractions to start - so make sure you drink water!

I have some bad days too... it seems like when I'm at home it's worse because I get busy doing other things.
