Good evening ladies,
I dont come on here that often unless i really need advice and tonight I think I do..... I had thanksgiving dinner tonight and when i came home i felt sick to the point where i threw up and i still feel nauseous. I am almost 12 weeks pregnant and the past three months iv been nauseous but not this bad, always to the point where i feel like i needed to puke but didnt really. Tonight i did and it scared me because i looked up "pregnancy & food poisoning" and found that foodborne can really be harmful? So lol, my question is if i did have this and only puked once do you think it is really bad? or could this just be a combination of pregnancy sickness and something that didnt sit well in my stomach? Im so nervous because I keep thinking i did something harmful to my baby....... I hate this feeling

I would assume that it is proably related to your pregnancy as sometimes our stomachs can be senstive to food and sometimes for mom's to be there throw up m/s may start at 12 wks .
