I only have three weeks to go before my little one is due to arrive, and I am tormented by the most terribly itchy feeling on my belly. I have never had such a terrible itch in my life. I actually use super scratchy hair brushes and scratch them as hard as I can and still there is no relief. It doesn't help that my belly seems to be getting a numb sensation so the scratch isn't really felt. It almost feels like the itch is under the skin so it cannot be relieved. I have heard of PUPP, but I don't see the doctor again until Tuesday and need some relief now. I'm tearing my belly apart. If anyone has any tips or tricks to help with the itch until a possible medication can be prescribed - I'd really appreciate it!
