i know. I don't know if this is normal or not, and what causes it? I'll also get cramps in my abdomen, well my lower abdomen, probably where my uterus is now, at the same time.
I don't have any blood, but i'd just like to know it's ok.

are you pregnant if so how far along are you ? If your pregnant it could be your vagina spasming ,it could be braxton contractions or real contractions. It could be a sign of a Urinary tract infection or yeast infection

If it's pretty early in your pregnancy, it can just be your uterus growing. If you are in your 2nd trimester, a test for a UTI might be needed.

I would get what my friend called "vagina shocks" throughout my first weeks...I'd be walking along and all of a sudden I'd feel like a fast/strong shock way down low lol. They were normal!

I'm sorry I haven't replied. Im now 17 weeks pregnant. I looked into and the most common 'vagina spasm' post i saw were due to round ligament pain. Apparently it's my uterus growing! It really scared for awhile but it has def calmed down. Thank you for replying =]
