Ok I know restless leg syndrome is common in pregnancy and I get a bit of restless everything when I am too tired when I am not pregnant but I am getting it at all points of the day as well as the night since last night. I am about 5 weeks along with my 3rd pregnancy, had a m/c March 30th at 10 weeks of 7 week old conjoined twins. I'll just be sitting and get that horrible tingly jittery feeling and I can't seem to tie it to anything. Maybe low blood sugar but I'm not sure. Anyone else suffer with this all day? I'm also a gastric bypass patient 4 years post-op. Thanks in advance for any advice or even just commiseration you can give me!

How's your iron, vit d or mag levels? Or even calcium levels?

You can try reducing processed foods, high grain options and or white sugar options.

Restless everything sucks. I found grains and processed foods made it worse.

I actually eat very little processed food. My family and I have made a slow but needed transition out of store foods to what we call "real" food. Stuff that grows and then hits our plate. I feel a ton better for it but I will look into getting my vit levels checked since with my bypass I can easily get low on things. Thanks!
