So I'm pregnant (not sure how far being that I haven't had a normal period since February) and I am so tired. I sleep all night long, wake up and stay sick all day long, and feel like at any moment, I could just fall right to sleep. I don't remember this with my first. I work 8-5 with no time for naps (except during my lunch break which seems to be a tease). I can't focus at work because all I want to do is sleep! Any tips on waking up? And maybe remedies to my severe morning sickness?
Welcome to JM,Have you not had a doctor's apt yet to confirm your pregnancy,are you planning on making that trip soon? In the mean time you could try ginger ale,salty cracker,peppermint lifesavers,vitamin b6 can all help with morning sickness.
