From the time out I found out I was pregnant (5 weeks or so) until I was about 10 weeks, I was having HORRIBLE headaches. Migraines, ice pick headaches, etc. It got so bad, I couldn't even touch the top of my head because it was so sensitive. I had to contact my doctor on multiple occasions to verify everything was okay, but he said it is very normal. But there are many things that can cause them.
Have you changed anything such as stopped drinking caffeine or maybe not drinking as much as you were? Dehydration also can do it.
I started drinking lots and lots of water which helped mine. But what I found caused mine was because when I found out I was pregnant, I quit drinking all caffeine and only started drinking water. My doctor said this is the main reason I was getting them and to drink a small can of my favorite soda a day. Ever since them I have finally quit getting the headaches so bad.
