I'm 19weeks pregnant and these past couple days, I've been having a lot of pelvis pain, and very tight feeling in my lower abdomen, its so tight it feels like it could rip. When I stand up from sitting down, my pelvis hurts so bad I end up walking like an old lady, and it feels like I've been doing the splits all day long. Is this normal, or should it not be this painful?

It is very normal. With my last pregnancy & this one, I have had horrible pelvic problems. The best thing to do is rest, make sure not to sit in the same position for too long, warm baths, and sleep with a pillow between your legs.
