I have a teacup chihuahua and pees and poops in the house. We've had her for 3 months and have tried EVERYTHING to train her but she doesn't learn. Her bladder is small, and she urinates whenever you try to pick her up. She's not scared (she loves us) her vet said that some chihuahua's just do that. It's called submissive urination. She does it all over our bed and couch and floor. Now that I'm pregnant I am getting fed up with her and thinking that she might be dangerous to the baby's health. I called a dog trainer in my area and he said that #1 chihuahuas are nearly impossible to train and #2 because of this he quoted me an outrageous price. Same thing with other trainers in my area, they are either too expensive or say it can't be done.... So what should I do? Should I find a new home for my dog? My house smells disgusting! I'm going to need to steam clean it and probably get a new bed and couch. Advice anyone?

Aww that is sad, the best thing you can do is try to find her a new home and be sure that she will be loved and cared for. You have to let her go if you don't have the capability to run around, cleaning up after her especially now that you are pregnant. Hopefully this will help your decision.
