Ok so the first day of my last period was 9/20/12 I've always had a normal period, occasionally 2 or 3 days off but pretty regular. My boyfriend and I always use the "pull out" method. We had unprotected sex on 10/16/12. I had super light spotting on 10/18/12. I thought i was going to start but I didn't, it just went away. Well its now 11/1/12 and i still haven't started. I've been really nauseated the last couple of mornings and actually vomited this morning. My lower back hurts. And I feel exhausted all day. I took a test today and it was negative. Idk. Is it possible that Im pregnant or should I chalk it up as a stomach virus and a change in my ovulation schedule?

if you are on a regular 28 days cycle, I don't think you will get pregnant around the time you had unprotected sex. If the test says it's negative, probably it is. Sometimes our cycle gets screwed up esp if you are stressed ard that time

I would go to the doctor and get some blood work done just to make sure especially if you're still having symptoms. I had a friend who always had to get blood work done to find out when she was pregnant because the at home pregnancy tests always showed negative.
