I'm 37 weeks 4 days. I've been having BH mixed with real contractions since last night. Just recently it's gotten difficult for me to pee. I have to strain to make it happen like something has it kinked like a hose almost. I was just at the dr and its not at infection. I'm wondering if anyone else has ha this in the early stages of labor?

It's good that you brought this up with your doctor to rule out other causes. Did he confirm that you do not have a UTI?

It is very common in later pregnancy to have issues urinating. Baby can press on the urethra and cause a block in the flow. I've heard people suggest rocking or swaying a bit while on the toilet to help the urine flow better.
