I know this is a weird thing to be worring about, but over the last day I have started to feel fantastic. I'm not sick or swollen feeling anymore. I am still a bit tired, but not feeling like I am going to calapse. My boobs no longer hurt. I am 12 weeks along is this normal to suddenly feel so good?

Definitely! Your baby's placenta has taken over the production of main hormones now and given your body a rest from making them! The HCG (pregnancy hormone) has now reached its peak and starting to plateau nicely. Embrace the 2nd trimester with how good you feel!
